Chris Salko
Assistant Coach
Chris Salko is the Assistant Coach at Franklin & Marshall College.
A 1997 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Biology, Salko joined the coaching staff at Franklin & Marshall in 2003. He has helped guide the team to two Centennial Conference Championships and four NCAA tournament appearances.
In 22 seasons with the Diplomats, the team has amassed 401 victories, reaching 400 wins with a 3-0 victory over McDaniel on November 6, 2024. The Diplomats have made the Centennial Conference Tournament in 20 of their 21 competitive seasons with Salko on the sidelines.
Before joining the Diplomats, Salko had served as a high school coach for three years and as a club coach for 11 years.
