Coach Ben was born in a small town in the north of Germany. Early in his life, soccer became his greatest passion. As early as 3 years old he kicked a soccer ball for the first time and within the year he joined a soccer club in his hometown. Coach Ben eventually joined a junior soccer academy and with consistent work and dedication to this sport he loves by the time he turned 17 he was invited to train with the professional team. Coach Ben then decided to go to the USA and join Shaw University at the age of 20 and he completed his degree in Business Administration Management.
Currently Coach Ben works full time for North Carolina FC and is a head coach for Salsa’s11.
