Deallon Walton
Coach
Deallon Walton attended Raytown South High School in Kansas City, MO. During that time he was a varsity starter for 3 consecutive seasons. Deallon then went to continue his football career at Northwest Missouri State University where he played for two years. As his playing days concluded Deallon was offered a student assistant position and Coach Walton was born.
Coach Deallon Walton began his coaching career at Northwest Missouri State University, where he contributed to the Bearcats’ success by providing film breakdown, recording practices, and offering input on play design and game planning. He also served as a quarterback assistant and recruited in the Kansas City, Chicago, and St. Louis regions. Over time, Coach Walton transitioned into coaching tight ends and running backs, playing a key role in helping the Bearcats secure two National Championships during his tenure on staff.
Following graduation, Coach Walton joined Truman High School in Independence, Missouri, as the quarterbacks and wide receivers coach and co-offensive coordinator. Most recently, he served as the quarterbacks coach for the Lee’s Summit North Broncos’ Class 6A football program.
In addition to his on-field coaching experience, Coach Walton continues to train quarterbacks and support the next generation of athletes in pursuing their goals of competing at the collegiate level. He is currently attending graduate school, working toward a degree in counseling.
