Delaney McCann

Delaney McCann was hired in summer 2023 as the first addition to new head coach Monica Armstrong's staff. In new her role, Coach McCann will be working with the post players.
"I've been a guard my whole life. So I wanted to bring in somebody who had a different skill set and could add that component to our coaching staff," said Coach Monica Armstrong. "It is the first time that our student-athletes have had a post coach. So we're really excited to have Coach McCann and to be able to get her knowledge she can instill."
Originally from Santa Clarita, McCann played two years at Division I Seattle. While there, the Redhawks were WAC Champions and played in the 2018 NCAA Tournament. She finished her college career as a Graduate Student at Sonoma State.
