Diego Garcia has an impressive background of soccer experience and is excited to offer training to Nike soccer campers in San Antonio. In 2015, Garcia was the Technical Director for Boerne FC, coming from two years with the same title at NB Ajax Academy. He also serves as the NB Ajax Trainer in 2014 while providing private trainings from 2010-2015. He saw success as Director of the JNCC summer soccer camps in 2013-2014, and as a Coerver Trainer from 2010 to 2013. He was also Trainer for One Soccer Schools in 2013!
Coach Garcia has always been a student of the game, and has played soccer at various levels. He is dedicated to teaching techniques, tactics, physical, and psychological components of soccer and possesses a strong ability to communicate with young players of various levels and abilities.
His strong skills and soccer knowledge,strong practical playing ability, and ability to demonstrate and communicate concepts to a large audience are what make him a great coach. Garcia has a drive to develop players who are observant, imaginative, communicative, and who persevere.
Garcia attended USSF, and has a D Coaching License, NSCAA National Diploma, Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma I and II. He also holds a Director Of Coaching Diploma, is an NSCAA Advance National and has the following Special Topics Diplomas: Building Your Team Culture, Advance Youth Coaching, and Technical Training and Small Sided Games.
