Coach Black is a seasoned soccer coach with over 19 years of experience, licensed through club soccer. Beyond his coaching expertise, he has served as a Coach Instructor for AYSO, playing a pivotal role in developing and improving soccer coaches across Kern County. Currently, he is the Teams Director for Steel United Bakersfield and the Varsity Head Coach at East High School. When asked about his passion for coaching, Coach Black shared: “I coach to help develop kids both on and off the field—physically, emotionally, and mentally. My goal is to guide young athletes to reach their full potential in a fun yet competitive environment.”
