Drew Eberly
Drew Eberly enters his fifth season with the Pioneers and second as associate head coach during the 2018-2019 season.
Since joining the program, Eberly has helped Denver to three Summit League titles (2015, 2016, 2017) and three NCAA tournament appearances (2015, 2016, 2017).
In 2016, Eberly was tabbed Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Assistant Coach of the Year after helping the Pioneers to an 18-8 (5-0 Summit League) record, a Summit League championship and a berth in the NCAA tournament. During his tenure, Eberly has helped the Pioneers to 15 All-Summit League selections and coached three Summit League Players of the Year.
Eberly was an Illinois State Singles Champion and All-American at Lake Forest High School. As a student-athlete at Ohio State University, he was a doubles All-American in 2008 and a two-time captain in his final two seasons. Ranking in the top 10 in combined wins (singles and doubles) in Ohio State history, he was an ITA Midwest Regional doubles champion in 2007.
The Chicago native comes from a family of five, with two older sisters, Elizabeth and Katherine and parents, Reed and Jane Eberly. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Science in Strategic Communications from Ohio State in 2008.
