Eder Falcon

Eder “Tony” Falcon is a dynamic player development coach from Dallas with over seven years of experience shaping athletes at every level, from youth prospects to professional players. His coaching journey is rooted in soccer excellence, blending international experience and elite academy training to create a unique, high-performance environment. Tony has worked with athletes across competitive platforms, helping them grow through detailed, intentional, and challenging sessions that elevate technical ability, creativity, and game intelligence.

Tony’s approach draws from two powerful influences: his time training in Brasil, where he immersed himself in their world-renowned philosophy of creativity and technical mastery, and his study of the FC Dallas Academy methodology, one of the most respected youth systems in the country. This combination allows him to deliver a training experience that pushes players physically, mentally, and tactically.

Before becoming a coach, Tony competed at the collegiate level for Texas Wesleyan University, gaining firsthand insight into the demands of the game. Today, he uses that background and years of hands-on coaching to help athletes unlock their potential and reach new heights in their soccer journey.
