Elliot Payne

Originally from Harrogate, England, Elliot earned his FA Level 1 and 2 Coaching Badges at 18, assessed by leading English coaches at the time. Elliot has coached youth teams both in England and the US. In the US, he directed youth programs at some of the biggest clubs in Tampa, FL.

A little bit about me:

Coaching for me is a life calling. It’s been a process and skill that I have been learning since I was 18 and has given me the opportunity to coach players of all levels, from beginner to elite level. I have been blessed to learn from some great people and mentors along the way, and I think it is my responsibility to instill quality values in young people, to let the game be the teacher, and to be a role model for those to follow.

I migrated to Tampa, FL to attend the University of Tampa to earn my degree in Exercise Science & Sports Studies.
