Emily Todd
Emily Todd is the assistant coach at the University of Central Oklahoma
In her fourth year as Central Oklahoma's assistant volleyball coach is Emily Todd, who leads and manages recruiting duties for the Bronchos as well as assisting in the day-to-day operations of the program.
Todd has helped lead UCO to a 69-22 record the past three seasons. The Bronchos went 19-10 in 2021 before coming back with a 24-7 campaign in 2022 while ranking in the top 25 nationally for several weeks. Central Oklahoma was nationally-ranked most of of the 2023 season as well, going 26-5.
Emily came to the Bronchos from Henderson State. She spent three seasons as assistant coach there, helping guide the Reddies to back-to-back 20-win seasons and one appearance in the GAC Championship.
Todd spent three seasons at Arkansas Tech prior to moving to Henderson State. Following a two-year standout playing career at ATU, Todd moved into coaching and helped the Golden Suns to a sensational 35-1 season. ATU went undefeated in the regular season and won the GAC Championship with its only loss coming in the national tournament.
As a player at Tech, Todd helped the squad win 54 matches in two years, winning two conference titles and earning two bids to the NCAA Tournament. She was a two-time All GAC selection and was also named the GAC’s Newcomer of the Year in 2013.
Todd also played for the University of Colorado and Navarro Junior College before finishing her career at Arkansas Tech.
Todd received her bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education and has a master’s degree in College Student Personnel, both from Arkansas Tech.
