Evan Rodger, a dedicated figure in the Virginia lacrosse community, currently serves as the True Lacrosse ('27) Head Coach and the Lacrosse Program Director at Washington-Liberty HS (Arlington, VA). Coach Rodger graduated from McLean HS ('99) before his playing career at Clemson University and later serving as a Graduate Assistant at Georgetown University. Now, with over a decade of high school and travel lacrosse coaching in Virginia, Coach Rodger has guided numerous teams across the mid-Atlantic region.
Coach Rodger prioritizes teamwork and individual skill development, fostering an environment where everyone is involved and positioned to succeed. He instills a deep appreciation for the game in his players through a fun and relaxed coaching approach.
