Frank Faykes
Coach
Frank Faykes is a retired Air Force Major General, having served 31 years in various positions at Air Force bases and the Pentagon.
He's also spent 31 years as an accomplished distance runner, and has completed 20 marathons (PR 2:38), several Ultra-Marathons and numerous road races (5K PR 15:39).
