Daugherty coaches cross-country and track at Union Grove High School (2003-Present). Both boys' and girls' cross-country teams have been ranked top 10 in the state multiple seasons. Coach Daugherty's teams have won nine Henry County cross-country championships and five region championships (2003-Present). Over 20 runners have earned scholarships to DI and DII schools over this time period. Recognized as Henry County Track and Field Coach of the Year 2009 and Union Grove High School Coach of the Year 2008 and 2009, Coach Daugherty has been a staff coach for five years.
