Coach Mazzotta became the head coach at La Habra in 1998. In those 23 seasons La Habra has won 19 league championships, been to the CIF playoffs 21 times, the SEMI-FINALS 14 times, 8 FINALS and won 7 CIF Championships. Many players each year go on to play football in college across the country at all levels including the PAC 12, Mountain West and Ivy League. 4 have made it to the highest level, the NFL including current LA Ram, Greg Gaines. 13 players have been CIF Player of the Year and 19 have been voted League Most Valuable Player. 21 more have been voted League Offensive or Defensive Player of the Year.
