Gabby Romero is the assistant softball coach at Eastern Arizona and serves as a lead coach for Next Athletes and Nike Softball Camps.
Gabby Romero became Assistant Softball Coach at Eastern Arizona College in 2023. She had previously attended EAC from 2019 to 2022, benefiting from an extra year of eligibility due to Covid-19. During her time as a student, she received the Doctor Dorine Scholarship for three consecutive years and earned her Associate degree in General Studies.
Following her time at EAC, Romero transferred to Park University-Gilbert, competing in the California Pacific Conference for one year. There, she received All-Conference and Newcomer of the Year honors.
In her first year as Assistant Softball Coach at EAC, Romero played a significant role in the team's success. They became ACCAC Conference Champions during the regular season and secured the host spot for the Region I Championship, ultimately finishing as Region I Runner-up.
