Garrett Losee

Garrett Losee is one of Utah’s premier player‑development coaches, recognized for his professional experience, modern coaching approach, and proven track record of helping young athletes reach the next level. As the founder of GL Soccer Training, Garrett has spent more than eight years building one of the region’s most respected training programs, guiding hundreds of players into college soccer and beyond through individualized instruction and high‑intensity, detail‑driven sessions.

Born and raised in Utah, Garrett developed his game locally before competing at the collegiate level with BYU and later Cal State Fullerton (Division I), where he also completed his degree in advertising. His success led him to sign professionally with the Real Monarchs during their inaugural 2015–2016 season. Garrett went on to compete in the MASL with the Syracuse Silver Knights and later played in Sweden’s Third Division during the 2016–2017 season, gaining valuable international experience that continues to shape his coaching style.

Garrett founded GL Soccer Training in 2017, turning his passion for player development into a thriving academy known for elevating athletes’ technical sharpness, soccer IQ, and competitive mindset. His leadership and commitment to the sport earned him the role of Head Coach of Utah’s professional MLIS team, Uprising FC, where he now brings his tactical knowledge and developmental expertise to the indoor professional game.
