Gemar Lezeau

Gemar Lezeau joined the UC Irvine men's soccer coaching staff as a volunteer director of operations in early 2021. Lezeau joins the staff also coaching the NYRB youth training programs working with various age groups and ability levels within their regional development schools as an Assistant Regional Coordinator.

Lezeau's operations profile is extensive most recently as an Athletic Facilities and Operations Associate at St. John's University. Prior to that, he was Game Day Operations and Events Coordinator at his alma mater, spent time as venue staff for the United States Soccer Federation, and was Men's Soccer Advanced Scout at Five Towns College.

As a standout soccer player, Lezeau captained his team at Division III St. Joseph's College of New York for three years. He was also a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) leader and attended the NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum and NCAA Career In Sports Forum.

Lezeau graduated with a Criminal Justice degree followed by a Master's in Sports Management at the University of San Francisco. He is also serving as founder, chairman, and club director of Trojan FC while being connected, like Kyriazis, to Futbol Movement development and training opportunities, and holds a USSF C Coaching License.
