Glen Waudby

Glen grew up in England playing in a final four with the University of Birmingham and semi professional with various teams.

Before moving to the US he was the Development Manager and Academy Coach at Alfreton Town Football Club working under Chris Wilder – who is now head coach for Premier League side Sheffield United.
Since moving to the States, Glen has coached club soccer in NJ, MD, VA and NTX, as well as ODP while also instructing USSF and NSCAA (USC) courses. Glen holds qualifications from UEFA and Bfut as well as the USC Premier Diploma and Director of Coaching Diploma.

An accomplished leader, Glen’s last position was Technical Director and Coach at FCUSA TX, where he developed teams and players – including 16 current players in college soccer from his ‘99 and ‘01 teams.
Glen is a firm believer in leading by example and hopes to build the central division through hard work, passion and commitment. Working with the coaches, players and families of Renegades Soccer Club with the philosophy of “Coaching better people, will create better players”, Glen looks forward to a bright future with the club.
