Glodi Konga
Head Men's Soccer Coach
Coach Konga joined NCF in the fall of 2023 as the first head men's soccer coach in Program History.
Prior to joining NCF, Dr. Glodi Konga was named full-time head coach of Eastern Universities Men’s Soccer staff in March of 2022 and served as interim head coach over the first three months of 2022.
Dr. Konga holds a UEFA B license and played collegiately, first at Cloud County CC, where he won the NJCAA National Championship, then at Cairn before completing his final two years at Liberty University. He holds a BS in Exercise Science, an MS in Sports Management from Liberty, and Ph.D. in Sports Leadership from Concordia University in Chicago.
He played after college in the ASL with the Philadelphia Fury and served as the Head Coach at the University of Valley Forge and as an assistant coach at Haverford College. He was the Head of Coaching at United Philly Soccer Club and has taken several teams on international tours with Athletes in Action and Ambassadors Football.
