My career as a coach began in 2004, over these 20 years I have guided teams in various contexts, from women’s to senior teams and currently in youth football.

Working with young players through a process of continuous improvement, individually and collectively, in order to give them all the knowledge about the specific aspects of the game is my greatest motivation.

During all these years of experience I have always had a priority goal, guiding players and giving them all the support to reach the highest level.
