Gus Ulrich
Camp Director
PGA Professional and former Nationwide Tour player, Gus Ulrich, is one of the most respected players and teachers in the Carolinas PGA section. Gus won the 2011 Carolinas PGA Section Championship at Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s 7,346-yard Ocean Course which qualified him for the National PGA Club Pro Championship.
He currently serves as head instructor for the Pinewild Golf Academy. The Pinewild Golf Academy focuses on creating consistency via the fundamentals of golf. Gus and his staff of PGA/LPGA professionals are passionate about helping every camper improve during camp.
Gus has been directing Nike Junior Golf Camps for many years. He lives in North Carolina with his wife Annie, and sons Kristofer and Kyle.

- Played in 2015 and 2016 US Senior Opens
- Played in the 2017 and 2018 Senior PGA Championship (and will be competing in 2019)
- Carolinas PGA Senior Player of the Year 2016, 2017 and 2018
- Coached the Sandhills Comunity College mens golf team to a NJCAA D3 National Championship in 2014, with runner-up finishes in 2013, 2015 and 2017
