Ian brings strong playing and coaching experience to the court. A graduate of Lakeridge High School, he grew up training in a competitive basketball environment alongside players like Payton Pritchard, developing within a culture that emphasized skill development, basketball IQ, and daily work habits. He later graduated from Oregon State University, further strengthening his leadership and team development foundation.
Ian has coached within the Lakeridge High School and youth programs and currently serves as Summit High School’s Freshman Boys Coach and Varsity Assistant. He also works as a Basketball Development Coach at Gym X in Bend, where he helps lead youth athlete development and skill training. His coaching style emphasizes structured development, disciplined fundamentals, and helping athletes build confidence and learn how to compete the right way.
