Isaac Garcia

Isaac Garcia is a UEFA PRO licensed coach and a highly respected leader in youth development, talent identification, and international coaching. A native of Spain, Isaac began his coaching career at just 16 years old while still playing competitively—an early start that set the foundation for a lifetime devoted to developing the next generation of soccer talent.

Over the course of eight seasons, Isaac coached within the youth system of FC Barcelona, working with age groups from U10 to U15. During this time, he played a key role in the development of several players who would go on to succeed at the highest levels of the professional game. His former players include top talents such as Xavi Simons, Ansu Fati, Eric García, Alejandro Balde, Gavi, and André Onana, as well as many others currently playing in La Liga, the Premier League, and across top European competitions.

Isaac’s coaching style blends technical excellence with a focus on decision-making, creativity, and holistic development. His ability to nurture talent in both grassroots and elite environments has led him to take on diverse roles throughout his career, including Head Coach, Scout, and Technical Director.

Beyond the pitch, Isaac serves as the Chief Scout for Catalonia and North America at Global Ases, a player representation agency. His international experience includes coaching and consulting for clubs, federations, and universities in Japan, South Korea, and China, giving him a truly global perspective on player development.

As co-owner of P4SA, Isaac now leads coaching methodology and international initiatives, bringing world-class training to players in the U.S. and abroad. His goal is to provide every young athlete with access to elite-level coaching, helping them grow as both players and people through a structured, thoughtful, and inspiring approach to the game.
