Jaime is a self-created Lifestyle Guide, sharing her passion for navigating sustainable health in today’s modern culture. She utilizes her blended expertise in yoga therapy, pilates, holistic nutrition, natural movement and lifestyle health to create empowering sessions and resources for you.
Jaime’s passion for healthy living stems from her unique background as a professional athlete. Dealing with injury after injury, she continued to ask herself “how can I feel better and take charge of my health in a natural way?” This journey has led Jaime to be the expert she is today in healthy living for your body, mind, soul AND planet. Jaime is honored to be a two-time World Champion, Olympic Silver Medalist in water polo (2008 Beijing), three-time NCAA Champion and four-time UCLA All American.
