Jake Kemery

Coach Jake Kemery is a passionate and enthusiastic coach known for his ability to connect with players and create a positive learning environment. His work has been recognized by EDP, which named him one of its Promising Young Coaches, highlighting his commitment to player development and growth.

Jake has been involved in soccer since age 4, progressing to the elite level by middle school and continuing through a successful high school career as a four‑year varsity starter and multiple‑time All‑Conference selection. His early experiences working at soccer camps sparked a love for coaching and mentoring young athletes, shaping his teaching‑focused approach to the game.

At the collegiate level, Jake was a standout player at Penn State Abington, helping lead the program to its first conference championships and an NCAA Tournament appearance. Serving as a two‑year team captain, he developed a strong understanding of leadership, teamwork, and accountability, qualities he now brings into every training session.

Jake’s coaching style is thoughtful and development‑driven, supported by his academic background in psychology and specialized training in mental skills and sports psychology. He holds multiple coaching licenses and certifications and is dedicated to helping players build confidence, improve technical ability, and develop a lifelong love for the game in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
