Under his leadership, the team climbed as high as No. 9 in the NAIA national rankings and secured a spot in the NAIA national tournament. Highcock produced 20 All-Conference players and nine All-Americans while fostering academic excellence, with several players earning NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors and two receiving CoSIDA Academic All-American recognition. In 2017, he also took on the additional responsibility of coaching the women’s team, leading them to their first winning season in 16 years.
Highcock began his collegiate coaching career at Avila University, where he helped guide the team to its most single-season wins in 20 years. In addition to his domestic coaching experience, he gained international exposure as the head of scouting for the Antigua National Team, helping them secure three victories in FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.
A native of Fareham, England, Highcock holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Benedictine College and a master’s degree in Organizational Management from Avila University.
