Highcock is no stranger to Teaneck, having previously served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Knights from 2020 to 2023. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in developing 16 All-NEC selections, including a Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and NEC Player of the Year. Notably, he coached defender Hugo Bacharach, who was selected in the first round of the 2023 MLS SuperDraft by Minnesota United FC. In 2022, Highcock helped lead the Knights to an undefeated conference campaign, capturing both the NEC regular season and tournament championships, earning the FDU coaching staff NEC Coaching Staff of the Year honors.

In January 2024, Highcock took on a new challenge as an assistant coach, recruiting coordinator, and head of fundraising at North Florida. In this elevated role, he strengthened the program’s operating budget while guiding the team to an undefeated spring season and helping the Ospreys achieve a 3.56 team GPA.

Before his first stint at FDU, Highcock spent six seasons as the head men’s coach at William Penn, where he established himself as the most successful coach in program history. Under his leadership, the team climbed as high as No. 9 in the NAIA national rankings and secured a spot in the NAIA national tournament. Highcock produced 20 All-Conference players and nine All-Americans while fostering academic excellence, with several players earning NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors and two receiving CoSIDA Academic All-American recognition. In 2017, he also took on the additional responsibility of coaching the women’s team, leading them to their first winning season in 16 years.

Highcock began his collegiate coaching career at Avila University, where he helped guide the team to its most single-season wins in 20 years. In addition to his domestic coaching experience, he gained international exposure as the head of scouting for the Antigua National Team, helping them secure three victories in FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.

A native of Fareham, England, Highcock holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Benedictine College and a master’s degree in Organizational Management from Avila University. He also possesses a US Soccer B License, UEFA B License, United Soccer Coaches certification, and a Premier Diploma.

As a player, Highcock led Benedictine College to a conference championship and a Sweet 16 appearance in the NAIA National Tournament before playing professionally for the Kansas City Brass in the USL for two seasons.
