Jeremy is a former Division I college football player at Villanova, a devoted father, and a passionate coach dedicated to mentoring and teaching young athletes. Alongside his partner, Omar, he serves as a league operator for Philly NFL Flag Football, running leagues in the Philadelphia community to provide the youth with an opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of flag football in a safe and supportive environment. They host leagues in fall, spring, and winter.
As a father of two, Jeremy understands the transformative power of sports in shaping character, teamwork, and resilience. His coaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of mastering football fundamentals while prioritizing player safety, especially in the growing arena of youth flag football. By introducing children to the game at an early age, he helps them develop valuable life skills while fostering a love for the sport.
