With over 20 years of experience in coaching and sports programming, Coach O, as he is more commonly known as, has dedicated his career to fostering athletic excellence and character development at both the high school and college levels. Coach O is passionate about developing athletes’ skills, performance, and confidence through innovative training and mentorship. His extensive background coaching high school and collegiate athletes gives the youth valuable knowledge for academic and personal growth, and sports performance enhancement.
His sports company iHeartSports LLC designs and implements boys and girls scholastic programs that include flag football leagues, basketball events, and speed and agility clinics and camps aimed at improving athletic performance. A visionary in sports coaching and program development, Coach O continues to inspire athletes and communities through an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.
