Coach O is passionate about developing athletes’ skills, performance, and confidence through innovative training and mentorship. His extensive background coaching high school and collegiate athletes gives the youth valuable knowledge for academic and personal growth, and sports performance enhancement.
His sports company iHeartSports LLC designs and implements boys and girls scholastic programs that include flag football leagues, basketball events, and speed and agility clinics and camps aimed at improving athletic performance.
