Jessica Carlucci – (Wagner College– St. John Vianney) Coach Jess played Division I softball at Wagner College, where she spent three seasons as a catcher and designated player for the Seahawks. She appeared in 95 games and was known for her strong offensive production a career-best junior season with 18 RBIs and multiple home runs.
Before college, Coach Jess was a four-year varsity player at Saint John Vianney, helping lead her team to multiple Division and Monmouth County Championships, a Shore Conference title, and a State Championship. She earned several honors throughout her high school career, including All-Shore, All-Non Public, and All-State recognition. Coach Jess now works with athletes of all ages, offering 1:1 private lessons for hitting and catching. Her coaching style focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game in a positive, encouraging environment.
