Jess, a lifelong athlete, began her gymnastics coaching journey in 2011 at GAB, where she has worked with hundreds of children over the years. Through her experiences, she has learned that at the heart of every gymnast is a child who wants to have fun and feel valued. Specializing in mastering core gymnastics skills, Jess works with athletes of all ages, from preschoolers to adults in their 50s.
Jess firmly believes that anyone can do gymnastics and encourages everyone to give it a try. To her, gymnastics is not just a sport—it's a way to equip individuals with the essential tools in life to always put their best (pointed) foot forward. Jess is passionate about fostering confidence and trust in her athletes, knowing that these qualities are key to building talented, courageous, and disciplined individuals. She empowers her athletes to believe in themselves, knowing that they can change the world for the better—because not even gravity can hold them down.
