Coach Jessica Rogers finishes her first season with the Oaks having been a key element to the team's success.
On top of her work during the season, Rogers has been at the forefront of Menlo’s offseason player development program, recruiting at various basketball events and continues to offer operational support such as travel logistics and social media management.
An alumnus of Menlo, Rogers played all four years while enrolled at Menlo College, appearing in a whopping 108 games. A high basketball IQ player, Rogers ran the offense as a point guard for Coach Spataro since her freshman season. On top of her leadership on the court, Rogers was known to be a knock down free throw shooter, as her career free throw shooting percentage ranks in the top-10 in Menlo Women's Basketball program history.
Following her graduation from Menlo, Rogers began her coaching career at Lincoln University across the Bay in Oakland, while working towards her MBA. In that time, she also worked as an Assistant Coach at her alma mater, Pinole Valley High School. Lastly, Rogers served as an Assistant Coach on staff at Napa Valley College, before returning to Menlo.
