His career at these elite organizations provides him with a deep understanding of the standards, habits, and mindset required to succeed at every stage of the game.

After retiring from professional play, Jimmy transitioned seamlessly into coaching, most recently serving as a professional youth coach with Nashville SC, where he focused on long‑term player development, technical foundations, and preparing young players for the demands of the next level. His coaching style blends modern methodology with firsthand professional experience, making him uniquely equipped to guide developing athletes.
