Coach Duncanson has been coaching High School Cross Country and Track and Field in Indian River County, FL for 10 years, and is currently at St. Edwards School in Vero Beach. Several of the athletes she has coached have gone on to run in college.
She is a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist with more than 30 years of experience, specializing in treating runners. With multiple certifications to use Video Running Gait Analysis for injury prevention and to improve running efficiency, she is able to create individualized training plans, strength programs and drills for her athletes to keep them running healthy and more efficiently.
