Joe Conway
Men's Soccer Assistant Coach
Joe Conway became an assistant coach ahead of the fall 2024 season. Conway was previously a member of the UIS men's soccer team in the 2023 season and was a leading member of the team's offensive production. He scored 5 goals and added two assists, totaling 12 points in his season on the team.
In his role as an assistant coach, Conway leverages his comprehensive knowledge of soccer and his recent hands-on experience. His responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, assisting in game strategy and tactical analysis, and fostering the athletic and personal growth of student-athletes. Additionally, Conway contributes to recruitment efforts and practice coordination.
Conway holds a Bachelor of Arts in University Studies from Eastern New Mexico University and is currently working towards his Master of Business Administration at UIS.
