Joe Ireland

Joe Ireland is currently the head football coach at Lewis and Clark High School and has been coaching high school football for 16 years.

Coach Ireland began coaching in 2003 at North Central High School, in 2005 he coached at Durango High School in Las Vegas, NV, he coached at Bonney Lake High School from 2007-2014, University High School from 2015-2016, and became the defensive coordinator at Lewis and Clark High School in 2017 before being hired to replace Dave Hughes as the head coach in 2020. Coach Ireland was the 2012 3A South Puget Sound League Assistant Coach of the Year.

Coach Ireland is currently a Health and Fitness teacher for Spokane Public Schools. Coach Ireland played middle linebacker at Yuba College in Marysville, CA.
