Joe Linley brings a strong blend of collegiate, professional, and emerging coaching experience to the staff. He served as the Interim Head Coach for the St. Leo University women’s soccer program during the 2025 season, earning respect for his leadership, communication, and player‑focused approach. Before stepping into coaching, Joe had a standout collegiate career at Lander University, where his competitiveness and technical ability set him apart.
A product of the prestigious Aston Villa Academy, Joe played with the club from 2015–2017, gaining valuable training and exposure within one of England’s most recognized development systems. His background across high‑performance environments equips him with the insight and composure to support young players as they grow both technically and mentally.
