Athletic Coach |Movement Specialist | Receiver Specialist
Born and raised in the DMV, with roots in Fort Washington, Maryland, I have always been driven by a passion for sports and leadership. I graduated with a Business degree from Virginia University of Lynchburg, where I was a two-sport athlete in football and basketball from 2011 to 2014. After college, I pursued a career in professional sports, earning an opportunity to play for the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent before transitioning into professional arena football. Over the next five years, I competed in the arena league, which eventually led me to North Carolina.
While pursuing my career in football, I discovered my passion for coaching. I began working as a baseball coach in 2011 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Camp Director at Home Run Baseball Camp in Washington, D.C. This experience opened the door for me to travel abroad to the Dominican Republic, where I coached and developed young ballplayers for 3 years.
Currently, I am focused on physical training and athlete development, specializing in helping young athletes—ranging from middle school to the professional level—navigate their growth as players and individuals. With a focus on strength and conditioning, skill development, and the mental aspects of the game, I also assist athletes in navigating the evolving landscape of NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) and the recruiting process. My goal is to help each athlete maximize their potential and make informed decisions that will propel their careers forward.
