Coach Cox has led Mary Hardin-Baylor to four American Southwest Conference Championships (2017, 2021, 2022, 2025), four NCAA Championship appearances, and three ASC Coach of the Year awards — making him the winningest coach in program history with 24 career wins.
A two-time finalist for the NCAA DIII GCAA National Coach of the Year Award, he previously served as assistant women's coach at Baylor, where he helped the Lady Bears to back-to-back NCAA appearances. A Baylor alumnus with a master's degree from the university, he also brings extensive experience as a professional broadcaster, certified golf instructor, and former Texas Sports Hall of Fame executive director.
