On staff this summer is Coach Joseph Manna from NCAA II Dominican University.

Joseph Manna became the first ever head coach of women's lacrosse in Dominican history in July 2021. Coach Manna was responsible for the recruitment of all 25 ‘Class One’ players, including four High School All-Americans.

In addition to being hired as the Dominican Women’s Head Lacrosse Coach, Manna spent the last year and a half working as an assistant for the Haudenosaunee National Team (formerly known as the Iroquois Nationals). Manna was on the Staff for both the 2022 World Championships and the 2022 World Games. The Haudenosaunee shocked the lacrosse world at the event with a major upset over No. 5 world ranked Scotland, the program's first ever win over a Pool A Team. They would go on to finish eighth.

Prior to being named head coach at Dominican, Manna spent time as an assistant at the University of Detroit Mercy with men's lacrosse and gained his first experience in women's lacrosse at the college level. While there, he oversaw the No. 11 face-off unit in the country for the men's side, while being the lead assistant for recruiting and goalies for the women. On the women's side, Manna assisted the offense for the Titans and helped set a new conference record for points scored in a single game with 24 against Youngstown State in 2020.

He started his coaching career at his alma mater serving three years as a volunteer assistant at SUNY Delhi. He was then named the head coach for East Carolina men's lacrosse of the MCLA in 2018 where he coached the school's first-ever Honorable Mention All-American and SELC Specialty Player of the Year, Garrett Hess. He then moved his into the NCAA Division I as an assistant coach for Furman men's lacrosse before his time at Detroit Mercy. Manna has also spent time in the international circuit working with the Israel, Iroquois and Colombia National lacrosse programs, growing the sport on youth, collegiate and national levels.

A Long Island, New York, native, Manna played collegiately at SUNY Delhi under head coach Bob Leary, where he earned Preseason All-NJCAA honors from Inside Lacrosse. During his final season, Manna won 198 draws on 254 attempts to set a new single-season school record with a 78.0 percent face-off win percentage. Manna was a crucial piece to Delhi's most successful season in 2014, when the Bronco's made their first-ever NJCAA National Tournament appearance after finishing with a 14-4 record overall and knocking off the No. 2 team in the nation.

A native of Levittown, New York, Manna's father played football for Princeton and his brother played football for American International College. He earned his degree in liberal arts from SUNY Delhi.
