Directing camp is Lovett School middle school lacrosse coach, Miguel Ortiz.
Highly motivated fitness professional with a strong passion for changing people’s lives and loves the game of lacrosse. I’ve been training for over 12 years and started playing lacrosse when I was young growing up in Soomers, New York and I played for Auburn University Club team in 2005, and have been coaching for the Georgia Thunder Lacrosse program since 2019. As a trainer there is no better gratification than knowing I helped someone along their fitness journey. And what better way to help influence someone’s fitness or sports journey than by working with kids and our future generations. So, I make it a priority to create a fun environment of coaching through positive influence for the best individual and group progress that also encourages quality competition to bring out the best in everyone.
