Josie Philips

Josie Phillips is a Nike Volleyball Camp Director
Josie currently serves as the President of the OSU Women’s Volleyball Club, one of the university’s largest club sports programs. As an active member of the team and a setter, she has earned All-Conference recognition in the Pacific Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (PIVA), receiving 2nd Team All-Conference honors in 2025 and 1st Team All-Conference honors in 2026.
Josie previously played club volleyball for NPJ Portland, where she developed a strong competitive foundation and a deep understanding of the game. In her leadership role at OSU, she helps organize team practices, coordinate tournaments, and support the continued development of the program and its athletes.
In addition to her playing experience, Josie has gained coaching experience through camps with Tualatin High School, NPJ Portland, and the University of Washington. She has worked with athletes of varying ages and skill levels and is committed to teaching strong fundamentals while fostering confidence, teamwork, and a positive learning environment.
