Danil Kobzar

Danil Kobzar brings a rare level of global playing experience to his coaching—having competed at elite levels across three continents before transitioning into youth development. His background gives him a uniquely deep understanding of the game’s demands, and he uses that insight to help players grow with confidence, intelligence, and purpose.

Danil’s journey began at the prestigious FC Shakhtar Donetsk Academy, one of Eastern Europe’s top development environments. Competing in the UEFA Youth League, he faced the academies of world giants including PSG, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Arsenal, and Juventus. Testing himself against some of the best young talents in the world sharpened his technical level and shaped his understanding of what elite soccer truly requires.

His professional career took him even farther—competing in Ukraine’s First Division, Brazil’s Série C, and Japan’s Second Division. Playing in three distinct football cultures exposed him to radically different styles, tactics, and philosophies, all of which now enrich the teaching he brings to young athletes.

Today, with five years of coaching experience, Danil channels every part of his global journey into his work on the training pitch. He leads private and small‑group training, runs SIQ’s highly regarded Team Chemistry sessions, and serves as the head coach of two SIQ Futsal teams. A licensed USSF coach, he teaches with a philosophy built on honesty, discipline, and relentless effort.

That energy, commitment, and love for the game drive his mission as a coach: helping every player he works with see their own potential and “become better” every single day.
