Joslyn Drew

Joslyn Drew was a part of the Concordia track and field coaching staff as the Director of Operations and a Jumps coach. She was on the staff from the fall of 2015 up to May 2022. While at CUI, she coached multiple PacWest Champions and top 8 conference finishers in the men’s and women’s long, triple, and high jump. Drew also coached women at NCAA DII indoor and outdoor championships for the long jump.
Before her tenure at CUI, Drew was a part of the McKendree University NCAA Division II Track and Field program as an assistant coach. While there, she led a triple jumper to the NCAA DII Indoor and Outdoor National Championships. She also had coached athletes who placed top three in the long jump at the outdoor GLVC Championships. She helped recruit and develop workouts and provided technique for the long and triple jumpers.
Drew graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice while minoring in sociology. She competed for the track and field team in the long and triple jump. Drew also graduated from Concordia University Irvine in 2018 with her master’s in education in School Counseling.
Currently, Joslyn is an Academic Advisor at Northern Illinois University, mainly working with Undecided students.
