Juliana Rodrigo
Assistant Coach
Juliana Rodrigo is the Assistant Volleyball Coach at the University of Mary Washington. She will be helping coach both camp sessions.
University of Mary Washington head volleyball coach Alex Hinsey has announced the hiring of assistant coach Juliana Nascimento Rodrigo.
Nascimento Rodrigo comes to Mary Washington after serving two years while attaining her master’s degree from Bethany (W.V.) College in education in teaching and learning. She is a 2010 graduate of Lock Haven University, where she was a member of the volleyball team, after gaining an associate’s degree in liberal arts from Seward County (N.J.) Community College.
Nascimento Rodrigo has a wealth of experience in addition to her coaching resume, as she has served as executive assistant to a company in Brazil, and as the coordinator of the Organizing Committee Event Planning of the World Women’s Handball Championship.
She has taught numerous camps in the region for 10 years, and is certified by USA Volleyball in CAPI, CAPII, and IMPACT, and is first aid and CPR certified.
