Kelci Hegg

Kelci Hegg brings a combination of high-level playing experience and proven coaching leadership, creating an inspiring and supportive environment for young athletes. Now entering her third season at the University of Mount Saint Vincent, Hegg was a standout forward at Vanderbilt University, where she finished her collegiate career as the team’s leading scorer and still holds the program record for most goals in a single match. She went on to play five seasons in the USL W-League with the New York Magic, serving as team captain and modeling the professionalism, work ethic, and competitiveness she now instills in her players.

As a coach, Hegg is deeply committed to player development both on and off the field. She spent eight years as a head coach at Concordia College, mentoring student-athletes through competitive collegiate play while fostering confidence and leadership. In her role as Director of Coaching for Westchester Rush, she oversees player development pathways and coach education, helping guide athletes toward their long-term goals.
