Kennedy Chukwuocha
Physical Therapist
Kennedy Chukwuocha “RockTheDoc” is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, former Division I
athlete, and the Head of Human Performance at Continuum, New York City’s premier
biometrics-driven wellness club. Known for blending science, sport, and culture, Kennedy helps
athletes, creators, and high-performers understand their bodies, move with intention, and reach
sustainable peak performance.
Before leading in the performance space, Kennedy built a diverse clinical foundation that spans
far beyond athletics. He trained at nationally recognized institutions, working with patients
recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other complex neurological
conditions. These experiences shaped his holistic, human-centered approach - one that
prioritizes resilience, adaptability, and long-term health.
As a former Division I hooper whose own athletic career was impacted by injury, Kennedy brings
a deeply personal perspective to his work. His transition from athlete to clinician to performance
strategist fuels his mission to help others avoid the physical and emotional setbacks he once
faced. He’s known for making movement science accessible, actionable, and rooted in
real-world experience.
Across all his work, Kennedy remains a connector, building bridges between healthcare,
high-performance training, and community. Whether leading a team at Continuum, treating
complex cases, or creating innovative hoops experiences, his purpose is simple: help people
perform at their best, on and off the court.
