Kristina Williams joined the Lewis & Clark coaching staff in the summer of 2016 and enters her second year as the Head Coach for the Women's Basketball Program in the 2019-20 season. Williams is a three-time recipient of Lewis & Clark's Lois Smithwick Female Athlete of the Year award and a recipient of the Lewis & Clark Pioneer Athletics Club-Outstanding Senior Female-Athlete Career Award.

She led the basketball program in scoring all four years of her career and lands in the Top 5 All-Time for Lewis & Clark women's basketball in points, rebounds, assists and steals.

After her collegiate career as a student-athlete concluded with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2013, Williams spent one year as an assistant coach for Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado Hills, Calif. A recipient of the NCAA Ethnic and Minority Postgraduate scholarship, Williams pursued a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Studies at Smith College in Massachusetts, where she was also a member of the women's basketball staff. In 2015, she became the graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach before graduating in May 2016.

During her four years as a student-athlete at Lewis & Clark, Williams led the women's basketball program to two Northwest Conference championships and three at-large bids to the NCAA Division III National Championship tournament. Williams was awarded the NWC MVP award after her sophomore and senior seasons and was named to the Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-American team after her senior season.
