Assistant Baseball Coach
Kyle Decker
Kyle Decker was brought on as an assistant coach in November 2020. Decker came to the Flyers after working as a volunteer assistant coach at Harvard University for the previous two years.
While there he helped lead the Crimson to the 2019 Ivy League Championship and a spot in the Oklahoma City Regional in the 2019 NCAA Championship. Prior to arriving at Harvard, Decker served as a volunteer assistant coach at UMass for one year and as an assistant coach for the Plymouth Pilgrims of the New England Collegiate Baseball League from April to August 2017.
He played overseas for Baulkham Hills Baseball Club in Sydney, Australia for one year and in Brussels, Belgium, for Louvain-la-Neuve Phoenix Baseball Club from April to September 2016.
Decker graduated from Oberlin College in January 2016 after helping lead the Yeoman to the 2015 North Coast Athletic Conference Championship. He was named All-NCAC and selected to the 2015 New York DIII Regional All-Tournament Team
