Kylie Miller

Kylie Miller is the Assistant Coach Volleyball Coach at Claremont McKenna College.
Kylie Miller joins the Athenas’ coaching staff for the 2021 season. Born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, Miller attended Rancho Cucamonga High School where she played indoor volleyball and was an Under Armour All-American and a candidate for California Gatorade Player of the Year. She was ranked as the #11 overall recruit by PrepVolleyball and the #1 setter in her 2016 class. Miller was also a standout club volleyball player where she was coached by Kurt Vlasich and Morgan Coberly. She led her teams to four medals at Junior Nationals.
In addition to indoor, Miller found success on the beach and won two gold medals at Nationals in pairs competition. She also earned the Joel Ferrell Memorial Award which recognizes the athletic ability and sportsmanship of an athlete representing each official sport at the AAU Olympic Games.
Miller went on to play indoor at UCLA for three years. In her first season setting for the Bruins, the team made the Elite 8 and finished ranked No. 6 in the country. Miller transferred to the University of Minnesota for her senior season, where she led the Gophers to a Final Four appearance.
Miller is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Coaching and Athletics Administration while coaching at Forza 1 Volleyball Club in Ontario, CA.
